The brand review is the key data gathering stage of the process, during this Slap will work with a variety of analytical tools to collect information on the current social media performance of the brand, as well as understanding the brand's wider marketing plans and how social media fits into it.

ROADMAP DEVELOPMENT
We undertake a period of social media strategy roadmap strategy development with key brand stakeholders. In short, this sets out how social media can sit more tightly with the wider marketing plans of a brand, and act as a deployment guide for a defined time period.

MANAGED IMPLEMENTATION
This is where we work directly with a brands in house resource, collaborating with a number of key brand stakeholders to assist the implementation of a social media roadmap. We maintain a day to day supervision role and external innovation resource to support future growth initiatives
